Mayo Clinic Recommends Pilates

While not the most in-depth coverage, the Mayo Clinic, in their June Women's HealthSource Newsletter, has recommended Pilates as "A Low-Impact Way to Build Core Strength, Endurance and Flexibility" (last article on the page) How long do we have to wait until health insurance covers Pilates as preventative care? Now there's health care reform!
